1. Processing Time (3 – 5 Business Days) Because every item is uniquely personalized and crafted with endless love, we need a little time to make it perfect. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to customize, embroider, and carefully package your order before it is ready to hand over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Time (7 – 12 Business Days) Once your gift has been crafted and leaves our workshop, standard shipping generally takes 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 17 Business Days (from the day you place your order to the day it arrives).
- Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Order Tracking As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your gift’s journey every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
4. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has finished production and entered the shipping process, we are unable to change the address or redirect the package.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays with shipping carriers can occasionally happen. If your tracking link hasn’t updated for several days or your package is taking longer than the estimated time, please reach out to our support team, and we will gladly help you look into it.
